How to Order


To purchase products from us, please follow the steps below.



Step 1: Fill Out the Order Form

Access our designated order form and enter the required information, including the product numbers you wish to purchase. Providing detailed information will help ensure a smooth transaction.


Please note:

  • Minimum order quantity varies by product (starting from 1 lot)

  • Specific lot requirements will be indicated for each product

  • For bulk orders, please contact us in advance. We will confirm availability and delivery timeline with our brand partners and provide you with a customized quote.



Step 2: Order Confirmation Email

After reviewing your order, our representative will send you a confirmation email within 1-3 business days. This email will include:

  • Stock availability confirmation

  • Delivery timeline estimate

  • Final invoice amount (in JPY)

  • Bank transfer details

  • Shipping information


Please note: 

As we work with brand suppliers to ensure product authenticity and quality, order confirmation may take 1-3 business days depending on supplier response time. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.



If Items Are Out of Stock

If an item is unavailable or requires extended lead time, we will contact you with available options:

  • Wait for the product (with updated timeline)

  • Consider alternative products if available

  • Cancel the item from your order



Step 3: Payment

Payment Terms:

  • Currency: JPY (Japanese Yen)

  • Payment Method: Bank transfer (T/T)

  • Payment Required: 100% upfront payment

  • Payment Due: Within 5 business days of Order Confirmation Email

  • All bank transfer fees (including intermediary bank charges) are buyer's responsibility

  • Please ensure the full invoice amount reaches our account

  • Bank details will be provided in the Order Confirmation Email


Payment Delays:

If payment is not received within 7 days after the due date, the order will be automatically cancelled with no penalty.


Processing Timeline:

  • Shipment preparation

  • begins within 3 business days of payment confirmation

  • Dispatch within 2 business days after shipment preparation is complete



Step 4: Product Delivery

Your order will be delivered safely using our designated shipping carrier.


Shipping Details:

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your location and chosen shipping method

  • Full tracking information and shipping details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation Email





Terms & Conditions


Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective products or incorrect items delivered

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories

Returns due to customer reasons (wrong order, change of mind, etc.) are not accepted.

If a return case arises, we will provide detailed instructions on the return process, refund method, and timeline via email.

  • Availability and specifications are subject to change based on supplier inventory

  • We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country

  • Customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations in their country

  • We recommend checking your local import requirements before placing an order
